Below are some frequently asked questions and answers that we thought may be helpful as you consider our services.
How often do we need to do hearing tests on our employees?
Both OSHA and MSHA audiometric testing must be done yearly, and should be done around the same
time every year.
What onsite mobile testing services do you offer?

We do Audiometric Testing (Hearing tests) and Hearing Conservation Training, Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT’s – for those employees who must wear a respirator, and Vision Screening.

What territory do you cover?

We test in the Mid-Atlantic Region and the Northeast.  States that we cover are: PA, NY, DE, NJ, MD, VA, WV, Wash. DC, OH, and  CT.  If you are in a location not listed here, please contact us.

How quickly will we get our results?

OMY, Inc. will get your results back to you very quickly. Usually within one week after testing.

Will someone help me interpret the results and guide me with any follow up that needs to be done?

After you receive your results we’ll call you to help interpret the data. We’ll guide you with the follow up that must be done so you stay in compliance with OSHA or MSHA.  Our results are easy to read and understand.

How long does the hearing testing take and how many employees can you test at a time?
We have a vehicle to suit your production needs:
Our three booth trailer tests and trains 3 employees every 15 minutes in individual booths.  (12 per hour)
Our four booth van tests and trains 4 employees every 15 minutes in individual booths.  (16 per hour)
Our six station trailer tests and trains 6 employees every 15 minutes.  (24 per hour)
Our eight booth trailer tests and trains 8 employees every 20 minutes in individual booths. (24 per hour)
